Type ASA/ASB - 140 to 2.900 kW
The CAL boilers model ASA/ASB are pressurized boilers in monobloc design for industrial use.
The boiler is made according to the most advanced techniques and supplied with a large flame-reversal cylindrical furnace closed at the rear end.
Thanks to the pressurization developed in the combustion chamber, the combustion gases return to the front part, entering the tube nest to be conveyed into the smoke chamber and then to the stack.

Type Prex 3G AS - 1.450 to 13.950 kW
The Prex 3G AS superheated water boilers are pressurized boilers in monobloc design with three smoke passes. These boilers are fabricated according PED.
The overheated flue gasses are reversed in the entirely water cooled inversion chamber to and through the bundle of flame pipes of the 2nd pass. After this the flue gasses will reversed once again to and through the bundle of flame pipes of the 3rd pass. The technology of the 3 smoke passes boiler reduces the stay time of the flue gasses in the high pressure area’s which limited the production of NOx.
Thanks to the large water contents the temperature regulation is excellent. Thanks to the low thermal pressure there is reduction of the mechanical “stress” on the furnace.
The reliability and the relatively simple operation control are the consequence of the large popularity of this type superheated water boiler.
The Prex 3G AS boilers are universally applicable for all modern fuels like; natural gas, propane, or light oil.

Type XV/AS - 1.100 to 10.000 kW
The XV/AS superheated water boiler is of the pressurized type and it is furnished with all the accessories for automatic working, according to the law in force. It has an high water volume so it can make up in the best way to the various exercise states. The total generator efficiency is high, up to 90 % at normal working states.
