Type Prex 3GN
The Prex 3GN hot water boilers are pressurized boilers in monobloc design with three smoke passes. The very heated flue gasses are reversed in the entirely water cooled inversion chamber to and through the bundle of flame pipes of the 2nd pass. After this the flue gasses will reversed once again to and through the bundle of flame pipes of the 3rd pass. The technology of the 3 smoke passes boiler reduces the stay time of the flue gasses in the high pressure area’s which limited the production of NOx.
Thanks to the large water contents the temperature regulation is excellent. Thanks to the low thermal pressure there is reduction of the mechanical “stress” on the furnace.
The large popularity is the consequence of the reliability and the relatively simple operation of this type hot water boiler.
This boiler has been carried out with pulled down fronts, which results in a larger elasticity.
The Prex 3GN boilers are universally applicable for all modern fuels.

Type Prextherm T 3G - 1.200 to 10.000 kW
The Prextherm T 3G hotwater boiler is of the pressurized combustion monobloc type, for industrial use.
The boiler is made according the most advanced techniques and is equipped with a large back-firing furnace completely wet, of cylindrical shape closed at the rear end
The boiler is carried out with tube nest.
Thanks to the pressurization developed in the combustion chamber, the combustion gasses return to the front part, entering the tube nest to be conveyed into the smoke chamber and then to the stack.
The Prextherm 3G boilers functiones with any type of fuel like: natural gas, propane or light oil.

Type Superac - 93 to 4.150 kW
The Superac hotwater boiler is of the pressurized combustion monobloc type, for industrial use.
The boiler is made according to the most advanced techniques and is equipped with a large back-firing furnace completely wet, of cylindrical shape closed at the rear end.
The boiler is carried out with tube nest and can be burned till a minimum return water temperature of 62°C.
Thanks to the pressurization developed in the combustion chamber, the combustion gases return to the front part, entering the tube nest to be conveyed into the smoke chamber and then to the stack.
The Superac boilers functiones with any type of fuel like: natural gas, propane or light oil.

Type Trinox - 1.165 to 10.560 kW
The Trinox hot water boilers are pressurized boilers in monobloc design with three smoke technology. The heated gasses are reversed in the entirely water cooled inversion chamber to and through the bundle of flame pipes of the 2nd pass. After this the flue gasses will reversed once again to and through the bundle of flame pipes of the 3rd pass. The technology of the 3 smoke passes boiler reduces the stay time of the flue gasses in the high pressure area’s which limited the production of NOx.
Thanks to the large water contents the temperature regulation is excellent. The tubes in the higher parts of the furnace are completely isolated from the lay bricks which can come on the lower part of the boiler. Thanks to the low thermal pressure there is reduction of the mechanical “stress” on the furnace.
