The CAL BHP steamboiler till to 15 bar is of pressurized combustion monobloc type, for industrial use.
The boiler is made according to the most advanced techniques and is equipped with a large back-firing furnace completely wet, of cylindrical shape closed at the rear end.
Thanks to the pressurization developed in the combustion chamber, the combustion gases return to the front part, entering the tube nest to be conveyed into the smoke chamber and then to the stack.
The "BHP" boiler works with every fuel like: natural gas, propane or light oil.

Type GX - 1.700 to 25.000 kg/h
The highpressure steamboiler CAL GX for production of saturated steam, is designed for a max. workpressure of standard 15 bar. The boiler is equiped as a high efficiency three-pass wet back horizontal fire tube boiler. The first pass is the concentric placed firetube where the fuel is burned.
The backside of the first pass is provided of a watercooled submerged rear combustion chamber. This chamber makes sure that the fumes are moved to the second pass. The second pass consists of a bundle of flamepipes wich lead to the second gasreversal chamber. In this chamber the fumes are again reversed en lead to the third pass. The third bundle consists also in a bundle of flamepipes. This bundle of flamepipes ends in the smokebox where the exhaust outlet is.

Type Vapoprex 3G - 2.150 to 20.000 kg/h
The Vapoprex 3G series boilers have been designed according modern and good manufacture with CAD/CAM automation and most advanced construction systems.
The construction of the boiler caters for expansion by using knuckled tube-plates and a more or less corrugated furnace depending the capacity of the boiler.
The furnace and the wet back reversal chamber are completely immersed, make the first pass of the combustion.
Eccentricity of the furnace towards the bottom in order to improve circulation in the boiler, the wet-back of the reversal chamber without any refractory insulation, eliminate maintenance costs and improve efficiency with better emissions values.
The second and third passes of the fire-tubes are positioned as high as possible for easy cleaning of the waterside.
The dimensions of the boiler are chosen for the best relation between water en steam contents, resulting in a good heat reserve and fast steam raising time, with the largest evaporation surface for high quality steam, even at full load.
